No data in grafana: old metric names in the container image

23b7d28 updated the metric names, but the Makefile pins to VERSION=v0.0.1. That tag leads to a version of the image with the old metric names (evident by running the grafana container locally and examining the json files in /etc/grafana/provisioning)

1. Follow tutorial - visualize_metrics_using_grafana
2. Open grafana

Actual results

All metric boxes are empty

Expected results

Metric boxes have some data in them
