This needs further testing. At one point in clicking on the add email. I ended up with a selection in the dropdown of mobile/work/home and the label said "value" instead of "email". However, adding more gave me a selection of work/home and the label said "email".

Something odd happened the first time. I tried again and see that the box opens up above the "add" email or "add" phone. I think it's worth trying a few more times, because maybe it was a one off.
Worth remembering (and testing for/about) that folks may have different email addresses for Work, School, Home, etc., just like phone numbers... and that while email and phone are typically attached to one entity at any given point in time, either may be attached to a group of indeterminate size (e.g., mailing lists, role accounts, house phones, etc.) so neither should be considered nor treated as a proper inverse-functional identification property.
