Possible to add automatic docblocks?

Would it be possible to add automatic docblock expansion when you type /** above a function declaration? Ideally it'd create the tags too.

Possibly, I was working on something similar to this but without the verbosity of XML syntax and each parameter having a separate line.

Grabbing the params shouldn't be too difficult with some regular expressions though I am working (slowly) on a fully fledged parser.

The end goal of that is to generate markdown documentation of a package via sampctl, probably quite a long way off though.
