Water Garden statue

The central statue is quite nice, so no complaint about that.

It would, however had, be great if the water statue could be bigger and more
impressive, perhaps the well could be larger too. The rationale for this is quite
simple: it is a rich district, and lots of nobles are there, so that should be reflected
by beautiful structures and buildings. Perhaps the main map can also become a
bit larger, say +20%, and the extra area just more cobblestone and the central
well larger (does not have to be a huge change; can AI autogenerate such an
expansion? That would be quite nifty.)

Anyway, just an idea - feel free to close this at any moment in time.
