Update the translations

All the available translations should be updated to a unified format and account for the new changes (eg cross-platform installation steps and revised map labels).

I can update Polish translation if there is something more to change. Could you point your expectation?

I think TRA files (setup, scripts, prompts, journal, dialog) have been updated more or less by me in #2 PR. I've also updated few really bad names in worldmap, but I've seen that you are working on removing extra labels at all.

Thanks! There will be more details once I've updated the English readme. We'll most likely only have to revise and/or add some new lines to the Polish bgtreadme.htm and postinstall.htm. Thank you again for the TRA files 😃

@Salk73 If you have the EE versions, you can export the dialog.tlk into tra files with NI, and use it as a basis. 😉

@GwendolyneFreddy I only own BG EE (I was never much interested in the EE) but if the work is to go through the whole dialog.tlk then I am afraid it's not that kind of help I can offer. I am already doing the very same with the English version of the BG2 EE dialog.tlk to make a better BG2 classic GTU available to myself (and possibly the community via BG2 Fixpack). My hands are very full with that. I thought it was more a matter of updating some lines for the incoming new version of BGT, actually.
