Open-Source Libraries and Licenses page should reference license reports per version #431

At the moment, the Open-Source Libraries and Licenses page lists the data specific to the latest codebase of each library (i.e. respective master branches).

However, it would be handy to see the license report for the latest releases.

At the moment, there are 1.7.x releases (exact versions differ per library). But in future we would also have 2.0 releases for each library. As both 1.x and 2.x will be still actively used, we should probably display two sections for each major version.
