Consider improving support for various Dart SDK installations #23
Description
In the recent readme update (see eb72af6) we've introduced a small doc on configuring the pub utility while having Dart or Flutter SDKs installed. It is probably OKish for now to have such instruction, but we should consider having a programmatic (read as automagic) way to acknowledge the presence of the Dark/Flutter SKD and pub.
In the scope of the issue, we should at least provide support for known installation best practices of Dark and Flutter SDKs and maybe consider asking for user input in case the plugin was not able to identify the proper binaries automatically.
