The Spot.IM SDK, Sample application, code examples, and associated documentation (the
"Software") licensed to you by Spot.IM Ltd. (“Spot.IM”) are licensed under the following
terms:

Subject to your full compliance with all of the terms herein, Spot.IM hereby grants you a non-
exclusive, revocable, non-sublicensable, non-transferable worldwide and limited right
license to use the Software solely for the purpose of learning to integrate and integrating
Spot.IM's SDK with your application. You do not have any other rights or license to the
Software. You may not distribute or otherwise use the Software without Spot.IM's prior written
approval.

SPOT.IM PROVIDES THE SOFTWARE "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND,
EITHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE
IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR
PURPOSE OR NON INFRINGEMENT. IN NO EVENT SHALL THE AUTHORS OR
COPYRIGHT HOLDERS OF THE SOFTWARE BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM,
DAMAGES OR OTHER LIABILITY, WHETHER IN AN ACTION OF CONTRACT, TORT
OR OTHERWISE, ARISING FROM, OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE
SOFTWARE OR THE USE OR OTHER DEALINGS IN THE SOFTWARE.
