Description:

Currently, SquireLib gives byes to players that aren't paired. This works in most cases; however, there are different ways this can be done. Namely, instead of giving players byes, a round with an incomplete number of players can be formed and/or rounds can be broken to create a better average player density.

Both options should be available. Perhaps even an "intelligent" version can exist too.
