Allow rename label in the decompiler panel

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Currently the only way to rename a label is to rename it in the disassembly panel (i.e, listing panel). But this might cause user confusion.

Describe the solution you'd like
Add a context menu option to rename the label in the decompiler panel. The option should reuse what is already achived in listing panel to stay consistent.
