Currently, EmbedAnything only supports generating and storing a single embedding vector per document.

Hey, I didn't quite understand the request here. Embedanything does provide multiple file requests with the embed_folder function.

I think he is interested multi vector embedding where the final attention matrix (of the embedding encoder model). Normally wer are using cls or mean for getting the single embedding vector of dim 1xn
