Feature request: Add-PullRequestReviewer #207
Description
I'd like a function to add required (or optional) reviewers that we could call from a PR-validation build.
We ought to be able to just set rules for folders, but sometimes have complicated evaluation of the change and want to do it dynamically.
It's this endpoint, in Azure DevOps:
