Sidenav issue with ipad

Hello,

I will try to give you as much information as possible to troubleshoot this issue:

Bug on iPad pro with the IOS 13.4(12.9 3rd generation) and Safari.

When you have a long navbar with many items and need to scroll the navbar, the content moves with it which makes it super difficult to get to your items.
I cannot work out why this is happening.
I tried to change the z-index of the layoutSidenav to 999 but it makes no difference.
