Build id is detected incorrectly for older versions

For example, when running:

DepotDownloader -app 230410 -depot 230411 -manifest 7104716125379362906

right now, it'll put the files into depots/230411/17767760, wherein 17767760 is supposed to be the build id, but it doesn't match the manifest:

Reproduced in v3.0.0 and v.3.2.0.

It's not possible to know what the buildid should be by manifestid, so it's always using the build from the appinfo.

It should probably use manifestid as the folder (but that's tricky if you specify multiple depots).

I would definitely prefer something that's more unique/useful. What's the issue with multiple depots because afaict the first part of the download folder is the depot id?
