Color information and ability to measure lenght of images inside PDF

Hello.

I am wondering if this webapp has the ability to provide back information on the colors used like Pantone color codes for example.

Also, can this app use a ruler to determine the length before we print the PDFs?

I would like to add that the feature is called Color Separation hoping it will make it more clear what I am asking.
