Transparency for inserted images from 0-100%

I use this software to insert stamps. But if I place stamp over text it looks ugly because it does not blend in. In similar online software I Love PDF I can adjust transparency, but I like that I have Stirling self hosted on my PVE.

This is the only feature I miss, and I believe it one very easy to implement.
