Replace Adobe e-Sign?

Does Starling-PDF have the features to replace e-signature software such as Adobe e-Sign?

We use it for people to complete a PDF form, sign and send it to us.

And it can do certificate signatures
But currently not both together, you also need to provide your own certificate
With those limitations yes you can sign documents with Stirling instead
