Hi, I think we should clarify what is possible to do with tags. With my external files growing, there is a new issue. I tag some problems, for example with exercise_sheet1 and then I use a buildtags command. The problems then are displayed in my document in the same order as in the external file. There is also an issue, but without tag: #70 . In this issue, it should be possible to change the order.

With a growing external file and multiple exercise sheets, sooner or later, the user will want to change the order for different exercise sheets, which reuses some problems.

  1. Is it possible to implement an new command to choose the order for tags ?
  2. Do you want to implement it ?

Personaly I have no answer at the moment. I only know that I can use tags for themes, like: geometry, triangle, area, etc. But for exercise sheets, it won't work with a growing set of problems. So it won't be possible to create tags like exercise_sheet1_school1, exercise_sheet1_school2, etc. to select the problems.

  1. Yes, but it'll take forever to build. It would have to run all the files once for every tag.
  2. No, not really. I'll keep it in the back of my mind though in case I come up with some smart solution.

Ok, so I'll keep it in my and I will probably use rather the select command in some cases. I think you could mention in the documentation this fact.
