MacOS: 2-3s Lag when Switching Desktops with Window Manager #433
Description
Observed a significant lag (2-3 seconds) when switching between desktops on MacOS while Stremio is running, specifically when using a window manager.
Platform: MacOS; Macbook Air M2 24GB RAM(if needed)
Version: 4.4
Expected beh: Instantaneous or near-instantaneous desktop switching, consistent with behavior when Stremio is not running.
Actual beh: A 2-3 second delay occurs whenever switching between desktops when video is playing. This makes using Stremio in conjunction with a window manager disruptive. The higher the quality, the worse situation is.
P.s Hardware acceleration doesn't help either
