Feature Request: Option to Hide Episode Titles and Thumbnails (Spoiler-Free Viewing) #438

Hi Stremio team,
I'd like to request a feature that would enhance the viewing experience for many users: the ability to hide or blur episode titles and thumbnails in the episode list.
Why it's useful:
Avoids spoilers: Episode titles and thumbnails often contain hints or major plot points that can spoil the viewing experience, especially for suspenseful or story-driven shows.
Improves focus: Some users prefer to watch content without any preconceived ideas or expectations shaped by titles or images.
Suggested Implementation:
A toggle in the app settings (e.g., “Spoiler-Free Mode”)
When enabled:
Episode titles are hidden or replaced with generic labels (e.g., “Episode 1”)
Episode thumbnails are hidden or blurred
Optionally, disable episode summaries/descriptions as well
Platforms:
Ideally, this would be available across desktop, mobile, and web versions of Stremio.
This feature would be a great quality-of-life addition for those who value a spoiler-free experience. Thanks for considering it, and thanks for all the amazing work on Stremio!
