Would be nice if "clear all cells" (helium_clear_all_cells) cleared phantoms when "inline_output": true#158

Helium version: v0.6.4.

helium_clear_all_cells clears the dedicated output buffer, but not the inline phantoms. Would be nice if that also worked.
