SMS handling changed between updates 2025.02.01 and 2025.01.10 of atc_fib-fm350_gl, please see here.

Not sure what is the correct way, but both sms_tool -d /dev/ttyUSB3 recv and luci-app-sms-tool-js correctly shows the first part of a 2-part SMS received today, whereas the contents of /var/sms/rx/ make no sense.
