Question: capabilities needed BPF Support, GOMAXPROCS setting

Hello,

can you Tell me which capabilities are needed to use smokeping with BPF Support?

Can this be added to the Docs?

How can i start smokeping to use only 1 or 2 CPUs but If there are other Go applications in the Same Server running as smokeping needing other GOMAXPROCS settings or is this Not possible and they share alle the Same settings?
