Description
Hello team,
We have deployed a smokeping prober, v.10.0.0 , on our EKS cluster running in AWS premises.
The prober, "monitors" multiple external and internal services.
What have been observed, it that for "public" endpoints like google.com and 4 AWS VPN tunnels, we are getting total packet loss for some of them within the day and without any interaction from our side, is getting healthy again.
During those "outages", we are able to ping the problematic endpoints directly from within the pod which running the smokeping prober.
Having a contact with AWS experts, shows that we don't "rate" limited from their side.
The question is, have you ever seen this problem again?Have you anything else to propose?
