[Bug]: Scrolling left for sector that's smaller than screen size displaces sector to the left and can't be centered anymore

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open "Let us snow" from BI something. (Initial sector is very small)
2. Press left for scrolling.

Result:
Sector is moved to the left and can't be centered anymore by the arrow buttons or otherwise.
