[Bug]: Screen goes black or with artefacts on the world map after a certain level

Expected Behavior

The game should be playable all along, like it is from the beginning.

Actual Behavior

When the world map gets darker due to the night levels (I guess), the entire screen is covered with a black layer or an artefacts one (depending on which computer I play).

The game is perfectly working until that point on both machines. Getting back to the previous level on the world map removes the black/artefacts overlay.

Steps To Reproduce Actual Behavior

Play the game until the night starts to come on the world map.

Additional Information

The game is still responsive (as shows the 3rd screenshot pressing escape to display the menu) and the music still plays, there is just an overlay of black or artefacts over the game.

There is no error or anything in the terminal, all is working well except that overlay appearing.

With the nightly build, all is fine. But I don't have that "darkening" effect neither. I mean, in the official release, when I select the problematic level on the world map, the screen get's gradually darker, like if the night was falling.

With the nightly build, there is no such effect happening on the world map.

Can you start SuperTux with --renderer sdl and --renderer opengl and see if it makes a difference?

Tried both commands but only the first works (and the "bug" is displayed in that mode). The machine I tested these commands on is under Wayland compositor by the way (but the black overlay is also displayed on a x11 display).

That's because you're running a nightly build now :P

How did you acquire this build of the game? It doesn't seem to be built with GLEW support, which is... wrong

The game was installed using the package manager of OpenSUSE on both computers at the starting point.
Then, the nightly build was suggested to me by @tobbi to test if the problem was still present in this version (he provided me a link).
