[Feature Request] Manga image cache control

What feature should be added to Suwayomi?

Manga image cache control should be added to Suwayomi

Why/Project's Benefit/Existing Problem

Many people just use suwayomi to browse manga on PC online like tachiyomi used to do on cellphone.

And browsing manga online doesn't mean you have to download/cache every manga image. It's unnessesarry and could takes up a lot place in c:/ drive.

People should be able to decide weather they cache every manga image or not.

the cache is in a temp folder it should get deleted when you restart your computer
