What feature should be added to Tachidesk?

Change the multiplatform Settings output to use XML or Properties files to store settings.

Why/Project's Benefit/Existing Problem

Storing everything in the application folder would be preferable over storing some things in the preferences and storing others in the application folder.
There are some limitations with key length in the registry on windows that one source is encountering, and moving to a file-based solution would work better.
