Use reproducible RTD build

In order to achieve this, the Poetry export tool needs to be fixed (https://github.com/python-poetry/poetry-plugin-export/issues/176). Then, it will be possible to apply the [Reproducible build](https://docs.readthedocs.io/en/stable/guides/reproducible-builds.html) recommendation.
