Download Scripts reference missing files

The current download scripts do not run properly,as it appears files have been deleted from this repo that they require.
For example, many of them reference a VERSION file which does not appear to exist anywhere:

I found this VERSION file in an ancient git commit when it was still called AnnoTater here.

I think the only script it was used in was get_orthodb.sh, so this worked using apptainer:

  --bind ${PWD}/../../EnTAPnf/bin:/EnTAP/bin \
  docker://annotater/python:3.7-0.9 \
  bash -c "cd /EnTAP/data; /EnTAP/bin/index_orthodb.py ."
