InterPro results not incorporated correctly in the final result tsv file #15

Description of the bug
The final result file is missing IPR terms assigned to genes. For example, in the final result file, only 30% of my input has a IPR term associated, but in the InterProScan result, 75% input has IPR terms.
Additionally, for proteins with multiple IPR terms, only one term is found in the final result file.
