Description
The DAVID algorithm subtracts 1 from certain hit numbers for a more conservative algorithm: https://david.ncifcrf.gov/content.jsp?file=functional_annotation.html. This may not be the direction for FUNC-E, but wanted to include it just in case it seemed like a good idea.
