Esp32 bleKeyboard library unable to connect issue

I am unable to pair my Doit Esp32 Devkit V1 using bleKeyboard.h library to my Laptop Windows 11 HP intel CORE i3 I am a beginner in bluetooth technology because I mostly use Wifi and Serial communication
Please help me out on that
Let me tell you it was windows 10 I have upgraded it to Windows 11
