ZeroDivisionError when one of the intervals has no coverage #7
Description
I get a "ZeroDivisionError: float division by zero" error when running bp_quant count in --interval_mode.
It seems like no coverage has been found for one of the intervals resulting in the ZeroDivisionError.
It would be great if this edge case could be caught and handled in the next release.
