IntelliJ plugin does not scroll with mouse wheel

**Describe the bug**
In the Tabby plugin for IntelliJ, the chat tab won't scroll with the mouse wheel (only keyboard arrows).

tabby 0.30.2
Plugin version 1.13.0

**Information about your GPU**
Apple M4 Pro

**Additional context**
This signals to me Tabby is not ready to use as it is clearly being shipped with little quality control.
