Does not work for vim

Hello,
I spent some time this morning trying to make it work for vanilla vim because the readme says it works for "vim and neovim".

But the example is for neovim and the plugin setup code checks for being in neovim, else returns false.

Is it planned to support vanilla vim at some point? Else, maybe it is worth clarifying in the readme that only neovim is supported, as it would save vanilla vim users some time.

Right - we've removed the vanilla vim support after migrating to LSP. Document shall be updated.

@wsxiaoys Why? There are vanilla Vim LSP plugins, like vim-lsp.

What's the last version of vim-tabby that supports vanilla Vim?

I tried to follow the instructions here, but just as @MartyLake I didn't get it working. It is not clear to me whether it is me doing something wrong, or if support was removed as was mentioned above.

Both the readme in this repository and the documentation mention that it should be possible with "a Vim plugin that provides an LSP client".

Unfortunately, it seems that an extra configuration step is required at some point, to mimic the large snippet in the "Installation" section. Unfortunately, nothing seems to match when looking at the documentation of vim-lsp.

The extension do load (some variables are defined), but no completion, and obviously tabby-agent is never started.

do you have a specific configuration to make llama.vim works with Tabby API ?
Can llama.vim levarage the FIM API convention of tabby with prefix / suffix parameters ?

Excuse my ignorance but I was never able to use Tabby so I don't know much about it.
