Make Touhou clothes craftable? #31

In case your clothes get destroyed (Ex. Playing as Wicked Hermit and the dress is torn to shreds), you should be able to craft a new one.

Not sure on what the recipes should be, however. I don't craft clothes that much, only things like makeshift tools or cudgels.

Other notes:
Fireproof Talismans for Hourai Incarnate profession should be craftable, but only for her. (She's the only one that knows the recipes. Maybe spawn the profession with a custom book for the recipe?).

Fireproof Talismans should also be repairable if they aren't already.

Going off the custom book, maybe just find semi-rare books for both Touhou weapon and clothing crafts, and have them be listed as recipes in there? As for the clothing recipes, just have the skirts/dresses/hats, etc. be based off of other clothing recipes of the same type with small differences, should bypass a lot of hassle.

Haven't looked at how crafting recipes work, but I was thinking that to craft a Hermit Dress for example, you just need an ordinary Dress as the crafting recipe.

- Fixed KI_STRIKE users dealing x3 times more damage than they should have
- Utsuho and Remi's melee enhancements now also use ITEM_DAMAGE_X instead of casting a spell at the target
- - This fixes the unintended side effect of the bonus damage never missing, due being a spell
