Figure out how to use copy-from so updates don't break the mod #38

If I just used copy-from instead of copy/pasting and modifying attributes, this mod's items wouldn't break down constantly with each new update in the Experimentals. At least, not as much (Hopefully).

Getting a good start on this. Materials.json now uses copy-from without any errors. Now for the rest.
