Recommendations for tagging tools

I have a large library that has a custom tagging scheme. As such, none of the "automatic" tagging tools will work for me, since they all try and use standardized data from various sources.

I want a tagging tool that will autocomplete fields based on the tags in my local library. I have tried Kid3, Easytag, and Puddletag, and so far none of them allow this. In fact, none of them seem to have any auto complete at all.

Does anyone here have any suggestions for other tools I should try can be set up to work with Tauon?

Sorry if I wasn't clear. Picard is the default, and I did try it first. The reason I am looking for alternatives is because it did not do what I need it to.
