Three Spacer Tests

The overlapping test can be broken up into a number of different tests:
1. First we should ensure that the mid spacers are not on the same level (height) as the start spacers.
2. We should ensure the end spacers are not on the same level as the mid spacers.
3. We should that the inner spacers and outer spacers have space between them (for main).
