dialog element inside Outlet component?

When using a dialog element as the content for an Outlet component, I see the following warning:

I believe this may be because the dialog element creates its own stacking context.

I would prefer to render the dialog/Modal where needed in the route hierarchy instead of having one global Modal and storing/updating its content in state.

The app seems to function as expected besides the warning, just curious are there any major caveats to having dialog elements be inserted into Outlets?
