Tangy-prompt-item empty sound no longer triggers the prompt-for sound queue

When there's no sound for tangy prompt but there is a prompt for setting it used to play the prompot for sounds in order. It no longer does this and stays stuck. You can see that the sounds are queued but they are not played.

I've workaround this right now by adding a blank sound to the prompt, if there is sound in theprompot the prompt-for sounds are also played.

This what you can see in network - no sounds are actually played.
