Records.json start_week param

Passing a start_week param currently does not start the returned results at that week.

e.g. https://churchmetrics.com/api/v1/records.json?category_id=3354&start_week=2336

returns data starting at week 2033.

Hey @jbaxleyiii! We are planning on making some improvements to our Church Metrics API. Are you still using this API? If so, is there anything we can do to make it better for you?

@BryanKetron we are still using it for an internal app showcasing all time salvations. (we built a wall ticker tied into church metrics.) Right now we do a week by week storage to calculate the total since we started tracking. Without the start_week param working OR having an endpoint for total we have to duplicate all data from CM.
