Automate server generation

We have the different components of the system already working independently. It's just a matter of gluing them together using Autotools. I.e. have Autotools call the code generator, copy the generated files where needed, and then compile the server.

This issue is still not fixed. It was an error on my part with that last commit. We still need to manually run the generation and copy the resulting device_tree file to the src/server/ folder.

This is a low-priority enhancement that's not a part of the requirements.
