[media.ccc]: language in main and popup player differs

Steps to reproduce the bug

1. Use media.ccc.de as source.
2. Start playing a video.
3. Switch to popup player.

Expected behavior

Language should be stay the same (in this case german).

Actual behavior

Language switches to english.

Can you check if #12931 fixes this problem? It looks like your device local is set to English.

I've taken a look into this: the provided files come with multiple audio tracks. If you open the mp4 file, you can choose between German, English and French.

This requires several changes in the extractor and the app:

1. Add a audioLocales field to VideoStream in the extractor which can hold multiple Locales.
2. Make the audioLocale field field a List, too.
3. Use this info in the player to enable the user to choose between the locales.

Apart from that, the locale should not change when switching the player.

For me, the setting for content language is completely ignored; I had to switch the app language to get the german audio in the main and popup player. The background player ignores even that and plays the english audio even when I set the system language to german. That’s even though I have "Originalton bevorzugen" set.

Using version 0.28.0 from F-Droid, haven’t tested the pull request.

Also, I take it there supposed to be some way to switch the language per video in the player and you’re also looking into that, right?
