Phone goes to lock screen when playing videos in Main player

Affected version

0.28 and 0.28.1

Steps to reproduce the bug

1. Touch a thumbnail so it plays the video in full screen
2. Phone shows the lock screen

I have other devices that also have issues when switching to fullscreen

1. Chromecast: shows a black screen while it plays the audio. Moving the slider slightly makes the video come back
2. Nexus mini (an old Android device that hasn't been receiving updates for years) also shows a different issue that right now don't remember

But the general comment is that in the last 2 versions different devices show different issues when switching to fullscreen mode.

I'm surprised I haven't seen others reporting this issue, but please disregard if this is a very well known issue.

Please give full information of the Android version, OS, and device model of the phones that have this issue.

And if you can reproduce this consistently, please give a recording so we can know what it looks like

almost like #12989

but this is slightly different, you press back video load, mine didn't load after pressing back.

I also have this issue, but it is less annoying and I think my pixel 8 pro processor is not fast enough to load the video, also I somtimes just wait for 3 seconds for video to load without pressing backward.

@aguaviva Thank you for the video. It should be noted that what you've shown is not full screen: that is just playing the video normally.

Tapping thumbnails plays it in Main mode, not fullscreen mode.
