Affected version
0.28.1
Steps to reproduce the bug
- Open latest patch Revanced (reproduction on previous versions also).
- Locate a video that is flagged as "inappropriate for some users" (this normally prompts for login).
- From Revanced, attempt download action. (Revanced supports external api downloads, in this case select Newpipe).
- Although the download action in Revanced is conducted from a live page, Newpipe action fails with "unsupported url" error.
Expected behavior
Download action completes as normal. This only affects videos with this inappropriate flag, which otherwise prompts the user for login.
Actual behavior
An error toast pops up informing the user "unsupported url" before returning to Revanced. After using the URL directly from Revanced "share" function in a browser that is not logged into YouTube, it is clear the URL provided is landing Newpipe on a non video page ("please login" prompt)
