[Bug]: Changelog cut off #795

Bug Description
The changelog is cut of at the end, if the screen is to small for whole text. In my case it's at the first bullet point of known issues after 'breaks'.
This could be fixed by making the textbox scrollable.

- I have checked other bug reports and this is not a duplicate.
- This is a bug in Vanced Manager and NOT YouTube Vanced/YouTube Vanced Music/Vanced microG.
