Missing Image on Full Time Page Mobile View

Type of problem

The leading image on the Full Time Program page is missing on mobile devices and there is instead a black background. This only seems to appear specifically on mobile devices - I cannot seem to replicate the issue on mobile view on desktop.

Investigate on production by using inspector or if there’s a way to see it in the dev tools or if anything stands out in the code.
