Type of problem

During the cohort, participants can experience confusion and frustration about the following areas:

• placement process & no guarantee of placement
• job search support
• violation process (including PIP + 50% stipend)
• tax form 1099
• participation expectations (including removal due to lack of communication)

Suggested Solution

In order to ensure that they enter the FT program will full clarity and mitigate any uncertainty, the above areas should be evaluated in the first two weeks of program.

Ideally this would be apart of the application automation work (included in the app form), and/or some sort of form completed on the website that logs answers to our db.

First iteration can be a google form for immediate tracking until application automation is live and live separately for the time being.
